Two years ago, when I first got my kitten Tofu, he was suffering from severe pooping issues—his bottom was swollen, he couldn’t pass stool, was rapidly losing weight, and honestly on the verge of dying. I went to several vets around the area including West Ryde Vet and Epping Vet Clinic, spending a lot of money, but nothing really helped.

I’m so glad we finally found Dr. Baker. He not only diagnosed Tofu properly but offered to keep him at the hospital for an extended period to monitor and care for him. Each day, I saw real improvements. On the days when things worsened at home, the clinic always made room for an emergency appointment, making sure Tofu was seen and cared for.

Thanks to Dr. Baker, Tofu pulled through. Now, Tofu has just turned 3, living his best life, and passing stool like nothing ever happened. I would return to this clinic a hundred times over for both of my cats if I hadn’t moved interstate. Forever grateful❤️❤️

Dr Baker performed ACL surgery on my staffy Luna and I cannot speak highly enough of his utmost dedication, care and expertise. I travelled hours to take Luna to Dr Baker for this surgery, as a friend had also had his dog’s ACL surgery here and the recovery of his dog was amazing. I was so grateful for the way Dr Baker phoned me to go through all the details of the surgery at length and what needed to be done so that I wouldn’t be worried. When I took Luna in for her surgery, Dr Baker took time to get to know Luna and even sat on the floor with her until she wasn’t stressed! He calmly took his time going through the process again, answering any questions and ensuring I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. What an amazing gentleman who is the most dedicated, experienced vet I have ever come across. His team were also so lovely. Luna’s recovery has been incredible with her walking the next day and no problems at all. Dr Baker and your absolutely wonderful team, I cannot thank you enough! You are all truely amazing ! About a year ago, my Maltese Shih Tzu was diagnosed with moderate-to-severe IVDD. We were quoted $20–25k for spinal surgery by big hospitals, with no guarantee of full recovery. After consulting with Dr Graham and the team at Midson Road Vet, they reassured us that with strict crate rest, medication, and close monitoring, Max could recover without surgery.
